OPHELIE delivers your orders nationwide from Cali, Colombia through the shipping company, Envía. Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday), dispatches are not made on weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination city. They can vary between 2 to 8 business days.

OPHELIE will deliver your order to the address provided by the customer. It is only allowed to deliver at the customer's personal address to his place of work.

*Note: Some orders may be delayed during high volume sales periods. Delivery times are approximate. OPHELIE You are responsible for on-time shipment only as stated in our terms. OPHELIE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters or events beyond our control.

RETURN POLICY

You can return your purchase OPHELIE made in our online store, within a period of 5 days from the date of receipt of the package and we will refund the total price of your purchase, the value of the freight will be discounted. Email us at ecommerce@opheliemadness.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return request. Within 5 days we will reply with an email and instructions for the return.

If the return is made outside of this period or the item has been used, damaged or is not sent in its original packaging, OPHELIE You will not be able to accept the return and you will not be able to proceed with the return or refund.

It is important that when you make the return you consider all the products of the same order that you want to return. In case you request a second return of the same order OPHELIE reserves the right to accept or reject the second request.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

Complete price: Products purchased at full price are eligible for return and full refund within 3 days from the date the product was delivered to you.

Promotions: products purchased with a promotion are not eligible for returns. It will only be eligible in this situation under conditions of product quality.

final sale: products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. Refunds and/or exchange requests will not be accepted.

Change Policy: If you want to change a product because the size you chose does not fit you well, you must request it within 14 days after your purchase. You can contact us through WhatsApp 317 8085921 or send us an email to ecommerce@opheliemadness.com with your order number, the items you want to change and the size you request. *Remember that changes are subject to inventory availability.

*The return or refund of your purchase will be made in the same payment method in which your purchase was made. Remember that the business time for approval of this process can take between 5 and 10 business days. Payments made by payment platforms such as PayU and PayPal have their working times to make refunds. *Check on the pages of the platforms the refund times of returns.  

*You must return the item in its original packaging, in good condition and with its respective payment invoice. Products that show stains, damage due to misuse of the garment or are used are not accepted.

*Please note that all costs and expenses for your first return or exchange are borne by the buyer, if you wish to make a second request it will be borne by the buyer. OPHELIE will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transportation. Additionally, shipping costs are not refundable.

Defective productsIn the event that the garments have manufacturing defects, you have up to 5 days after receiving them to write to ecommerce@opheliemadness.com to file a claim and attach the corresponding photographs as proof of the defects found.

The products that you request a return or exchange due to factory defects must not have been used, they must be in good condition, without stains or washing processes, and with all the sales labels, that is, in the conditions in which they were received, in its original packaging. OPHELIE reserves the right to reject any return if, once the garments have been received and checked, it finds any anomaly related to the above requirements.

Once the damaged or defective product is received, the quality control department of OPHELIE You must review it to identify the cause of the return, finding that if it is the result of a manufacturing defect, the total amount paid by the customer will be refunded; but, if it is found that the damage to the product is a consequence of the returned products, the lack of care and misuse of the garment; OPHELIE will refrain from reimbursing what was initially paid for the product, and will return the purchased item to you in the same condition in which it was received to be reviewed in terms of quality. OPHELIE refrains from reimbursing the money paid for the products purchased in the following events:

A. If the products have been purchased through any distribution and/or marketing channel other than our virtual store www.opheliemadness.com

    1. If the products show damage caused by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemical products, caustic substances, open flame source, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)
  • If the products show damage caused by improper use or by neglecting the washing instructions contained in the labels attached to the product that contain information related to the care of the fabrics.
